Notice of Bylaw Amendment 2024: This year we are proposing an amendment to our bylaws to make them compliant with the Ontario Not-for Profit Corporations Act. This must be presented and confirmed by our members at our Annual Meeting.  
Review the new draft bylaw in advance of the meeting and articles of amendment. Our current by-laws can be viewed here.

We are also seeking nominations for our Student Representative as per our bylaws. If you have a student you (or someone from your program) would like to nominate for this position, please email us for a Student Representative Nomination form by Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Each student will submit a short video or audio file outlining why they want to be the student representative. The videos will be posted on our website with a survey for voting.
