This manual, a guide for literacy programs wishing to introduce small group tutoring, includes:

- starting up a small group
- logistical considerations of running a small group
- training small group tutors
- sample modules that can be adapted for small group use
- summaries of small groups running in member programs
- a handbook of more than 50 activity ideas
The manual was written by Robyn Cook-Ritchie and made possible by funding from the National Literacy Secretariat and the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
