Unused materials may be returned for credit or full refund, minus shipping and handling costs, within 30 days of the invoice date.

Please do not return the books without our authorization.

Books returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from date of purchase.

Returns of out of print books will not be accepted.

No credit will be issued for books that have been used or damaged.

All software is non-returnable once opened.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges to Laubach Literacy Ontario.
